Our recruitment process helps us get to know each other

That’s why, during the recruitment process, we want to hear about you and your expertise broadly so that we would understand your competence, where your strengths lie, and in which areas you excel as an expert. We place a strong emphasis on your potential and motivation to become a top professional in the field – this is just as important to us as your current experience. From our side, the recruiting manager is accompanied by either a management team member or a team member through the recruitment process. For some roles, we may collaborate with an external partner, but the final decision will be made by us.
