Design
Comprehensive pre-planning, concept development, and machine design.
Extensive experience in material handling ecosystem management and optimal solutions.
Our strength is the comprehensive and reliable management of the material handling ecosystem. Thanks to our long experience, we understand how the material behaves in different devices, which gives us the ability to make the systems work in the best possible way. Our design process always starts with mapping the root causes on site. Once the core of the solution has been found, the actual design work begins with a simulation. As a hands-on design office our expertise has been refined by a variety of process manufacturing cases.
The secret to our success is that we follow the process from start to finish, from design and manufacture to the install and commission phase. Our main designer is also the project manager, who ensures optimal functionality throughout the life cycle. That is why we’re able to anticipate maintenance and spare parts needs well in advance so that there won’t be any unplanned interruptions in production.
Open communication is part of our operating model, which is based on trust. Customer trust arises from the fact that we solve challenges in an optimal way. In addition, we stay on schedule, which is often more important than price.
