Paakkola Online Real-time progress of the ordered work

Paakkola Online is our service that lets you follow the progress of your work in real-time. It is a browser-based app that works on both mobile phones and computers – all you need is an internet connection.

Comprehensive Reporting and Documentation

Paakkola Online is designed for real-time work reporting, such as pre-inspection of work sites, risk mapping, maintenance and installation work, and as a planning tool to help you know how the work is progressing. In Paakkola Online, you’ll find site logs, work reports, shutdown reports, equipment installation reports, and much more – allowing you to monitor work sites located anywhere without being physically present.

Additionally, you’ll receive a comprehensive final report of the completed work. This report can be used to create or update a maintenance plan, as our maintenance personnel will also note any issues or deficiencies that require attention. This also allows for a more accurate follow-up of the workflow and better detection of deviations.

Easy to use – here’s how it works

Once the work order has been placed, you’ll receive a link via email to log into Paakkola Online, where you can monitor work tasks that are about to begin or are already in progress. In the app, select the project you want to view, and you’ll see real-time information on the project’s phases and progress.

In the documents section, you’ll also find observations made by our experts in the form of images and written notes, with location data and timestamps. You can print an interim report of the project at any time during its progress.

When the work is completed, we will provide you with a final report containing the work carried out during the project and the related observations, technical measurement results and image files. The final report will be sent to your email address.
