Pasi Luotola Appointed Head of Service Business
In May, Pasi Luotola joined NewPaakkola as Business Director of the Service Division. He brings more than ten years of professional experience in service, maintenance, engineering, and site management roles. We caught up with the new Business Director at the Pohjoinen Teollisuus trade fair in Oulu.
“What will your base of operations be?”
“At first, I’ll be based in Tervola while getting familiar with the company, and after that I’ll mainly work from Kittilä. Of course, I won’t be leaving Tervola behind completely — I’ll continue visiting regularly, and in this line of work there’s a lot of travel in general.”
“What will your role involve, and what are your expectations?”
“My role will focus on developing the Service division, and I already have extensive experience from the mining industry in that area. For me personally, working has always been close to my heart. After spending a week getting to know the company and its employees, I’ve been left with a very positive impression. There’s a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company and a genuine desire to keep developing the business.”
